Our Mission.
Our Vision.
His Glory.
We believe the church has been called to something greater than ourselves: to share the gospel, make disciples, and reflect the love of Jesus Christ in our community and beyond.
The
Mission.
The mission of Francis Baptist Church is the Great Commission in our church and community, reaching and nurturing all people for Christ!
Our mission begins with the command of Jesus to make disciples. We seek to share the hope of the gospel, welcome people into the church family, and help believers grow in their knowledge of God’s Word and their relationship with Him.
The vision of Francis Baptist Church is to create a community of authentic believers and to witness a city transformed by the life-changing reality of the gospel, as people come to know Jesus as their Lord and Savior.
We envision a church where faith is lived out daily, relationships are rooted in Christ, and the good news of Jesus reaches beyond the walls of our building into the community around us.
The
Vision.
Gather. Connect. Grow. Go.
Our mission and vision are reflected in the way we worship, build relationships, study God’s Word, and share His love with others.
Gather.
Coming together as a church family to worship God and celebrate His goodness.
Connect.
Building meaningful relationships through fellowship, encouragement, and Christian community.
Grow.
Deepening our faith through Scripture, discipleship, prayer, and spiritual maturity.
Go.
Taking the gospel beyond the church walls and sharing Christ with the world.
Called to Make Disciples.
Jesus commands His followers to go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey His commands. This calling remains at the heart of our mission.
